Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Every piece of artwork ordered through this site is bespoke and created explicitly and uniquely for you. This means that unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted. However this does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
Your canvas is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer’s defects. If such defects exist or goods have been damaged in transit you must notify AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited within 7 working days of receiving your product. Please contact us. We will then notify you of our returns procedure. If the customer fails to notify AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited within 7 working days of delivery, AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited does not accept responsibility for the goods being defective or damaged. We are unable to refund carriage costs.

Payments
All prices are inclusive are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus any additional delivery charges as stated upon the website.

For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the United Kingdom; any additional applicable shipping must be added at the time of purchase or after prior communication with ourselves via the websites contact us page 

For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the United Kingdom; any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries outside from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer.

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Pricing section of this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the card holder.

All credit card transactions must comply with the Terms and Conditions as set out by PayPal. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your order.

All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to PayPal we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under English law you must:

- Process your purchase via PayPal

However, if you are under the age of 18 or not in possession of a credit card, we also accept personal UK account cheques (payable to 'AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited'). The production process only starts once cleared funds are accepted. Please contact us for details of payments via cheque.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.

Product Specification
Atomic Art UK makes every effort to supply the goods as shown/advertised on our website, but reserves the right to supply goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. Please Note: COLOUR AND APPEARANCE OF IMAGES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE WAY THEY APPEAR ON THE SCREEN.

Third Party Shipping
Shipping by third party operators will be subject to the terms and conditions of the carriage supplier.
All 'Images On Canvas' will be dispatched directly to you from our canvas supplier using the APC 'Overnight'  service under APC's 'Terms Of Service' unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance
By placing an order with AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited you agree fully to our terms and conditions. By placing your order you agree to indemnify AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited and keep AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising out of any misuse of an images supplied to or from AAUK (Atomic Art UK) Limited.
