SECURE ONLINE BOOKING

We are pleased to advise that secure payments for your items are now made via PayPal.

When buying via this site, you will use a Secure Internet Connection.
This method of protection keeps sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, from passing over the internet as standard text. Most browsers will display a padlock in the bottom status bar to verify this security. 

Due to the encryption process, the basket pages may take longer to load than a standard page, but we hope you agree that a few extra seconds is worth the added protection. 

The A.C.T STORE switches to Secure Online Store mode only when entering and processing credit card details. If you do not see the padlock icon (or other security icon) in the bottom status bar in your browser, please refresh the page and ensure a secure connection.

In addition, for added security, we do not store credit card details in our system.
You will have to enter your credit card details each time you place an order with us.

This added security will protect your information from reaching the wrong hands and make ordering from the A.C.T STORE more comfortable for you and for us. 

Payments will appear on your credit card statement as being made to PayPal.

PRICING
Charges will be made to your credit cards in £ Pounds Sterling, but are shown in Euros and US Dollars on the checkout and basket pages.
For those of you who wish to know the current rate of exchange on the £ Pound please feel free to use this CURRENCY CONVERTER. 
*Please note this does not confirm the rate of exchange that will be shown of your card.

At a future date we may switch to using the Euro, but for now all items we purchase for the store are bought from the UK.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
As the band holds the stock of merchandise the UK office, we have decided to place the shipping regions as follows:
Area 1 - Europe
Area 2 - Worldwide

Shipping will be automatically calculated depending on what you want to purchase
and where in the world you are. Please enter your Area in the current shipping menu on the Roman Cart Basket page as you prepare to enter the secure check out. 

 

PAYMENTS
We are pleased to advise that secure payments for your items are now made via PayPal..

No other form of payment can be made via the on line store without prior consent from this office.  

We do also hope to have most Items available at shows where cash will be the only form of payment available, but due to demand on the road, we may sometimes sell out at a venue for which we apologise in advance.

Orders are typically shipped within 5 working days of receipt and sent by First Class Mail.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for order processing and delivery, however, if we are on tour, items may take longer, but you will be advised of any delay.

Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you. If a delay is anticipated, your remaining order will ship with a notice of delay, and we will ship the outstanding goods at no extra cost when we receive them.

We check all our products to ensure that they are shipped in new condition.
However, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Should merchandise arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. It is also advisable to contact your local post office regarding damaged items. 

If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days, please contact us at salesinfo@aauk.biz
with your FULL name and postal address, any email confirmation received and the online order number. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, but we will do our best to assist you.

CONCERT TICKETS
Please make sure you use the Concert Tickets option where it states in the current shipping method on the Roman Cart Basket page. 
If you fail to use this option, it will add additional shipping to your order.

Please also indicate if you wish to have the ticket shipped to you or if you will collect it from us at the venue. *Please be advised we recommend you collect this item from us at the venue as we cannot be held responsible for tickets lost in the mail.

LEGAL MATTERS
If we suspect that a credit card is being used fraudulently, we will forward the details to the relevant authorities for their action. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone attempting to obtain goods without the intention of paying for them or through other fraudulent means.

We also reserve the right to take legal action against anyone making unauthorized copies of any goods obtained from the company.
